Flatbread

Ingredients (6 flatbreads) 

1 cup Buckwheat flour

4 tbsp Almond meal

1 tbsp Psyllium husk

2 tbsp Cassava flour (+ 1 extra tbsp)

0.8 cup Water

1 tbsp Oregano

Pinch of Salt

Preheat oven, 175 °C. Combine all ingredients and divide into 6 pieces (round balls) and put on a baking sheet. Add some cassava flour on top of the pieces and flatten with a fork until round flat shape, ∼ 0.5 cm. thick.  Bake for 15 min, until golden.
