Breakfast Rolls

Ingredients  (9 rolls)

1 cup Cassava flour

1/4 cup Coconut flour

1/2 cup Water

1/4 cup Coconut oil

Pinch of Salt

1 tbsp Oregano

1 egg

Preheat oven, 175 °C. Combine cassava flour and coconut flour. Heat water, coconut oil, oregano and salt until boiling. Set aside for a couple of minutes whereafter you pour it in to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Add 1 egg and mix until it holds together. Use your hands and knead for a minute or so (until smooth). Roll into balls with your hands and bake for 15-20 min, until golden. Optional; sprinkle some pink salt on top for an extra touch. Preferably, serve fresh from the oven.
