Apple and Carrot breakfast rolls

Hello!

My favorite meal of the day is definitely breakfast. Especially on the weekends when you have more time to prepare. Unfortunately the weekend is only 2 days out of 7… I realized I needed more options for the weekdays. Usually I eat a breakfast bowl with coconut yoghurt (or fruit and vegetable smoothie) with paleo granola and fruits butΒ I was looking for variation as well as something extra to make the breakfast more filling. These breakfast rolls are just perfect. I love that I can keep them in the fridge which makes it really easy during busy weekdays.
