Need an easy breakfast option to prepare when you´re in a hurry? Or perhaps you miss the smell of homemade bread?

When I started with the Paleo diet I missed bread a lot! After awhile I got used to it and found great alternatives for breakfast. However even though I don´t “need” bread anymore I like to make e.g scones (recipe here) or other paleo bread versions from time to time. This flatbread recipe is great for breakfast or afternoon snack. I love adding salmon, egg and mayonnaise or liver pate on top. Yum!
