Breakfast Rolls

Cassava is a starchy tuberous root that is grown and harvested mostly in tropical and subtropical regions. Cassava flour is considered a safe flour in the autoimmune protocol. It is gluten free and nut free. I use it a lot in bread, crumbing and tortillas.

These breakfast rolls are delicious served warm with some ghee that melts on top…Yum!
